Wonderful Time at This Amazing Resort!
friendly staff enough space great food amazing person
I am beyond excited. The staff was so friendly and supportive. They anticipated my needs perfectly. The rooms were comfortable, offering enough space, and I appreciated the ample closet space. The health club was nice, and the food really did impress me. Ahmed Samir, the reception supervisor, was really an amazing person. The BBQ chef, always smiling. I adored how he dealt with guests.
The gym equipment looked a little bit worn. It could use an update in the near future.

The beautiful rooms features a king bed and a seating area. I noticed the bathrooms had a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. A balcony offered a view of the sea.

There were multiple pools, and one pool had heating for cooler months. I saw loungers and umbrellas around each pool area. The resort also has a fitness center with treadmills.

Staff members greeted guests with smiles, and they always seemed ready to assist. I liked that the concierge helped me plan excursions. Housekeeping was daily. The room looked spotlessly clean.

I tasted many different foods. The buffet restaurant had many options. I thought the chefs prepared fresh meals for the guests. The staff always kept the buffet fully stocked.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Present
boring design tatty sunbeds
The pool design seemed a bit boring. There was a solid barrier separating the pool bar. from the rest of the pool, this made it hard to get to the bar without swimming around or over it. The sunbeds looked quite tatty and some were broken. I also found the grounds looked like a five-star resort.

Really good Service and Beautiful Premises
dining experience friendly waiter flavorful dishes excellent service
The staff provides excellent service. The restaurant manager, Ahmed Mahmoud, ensured a nice dining experience. Ehab Saad, the waiter, offered professional and friendly service. Chef Mahmoud Megally prepared amazing, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes.
I noticed that some sunbeds and carousels near the pool looked worn. Quite a few had some sort of damage, and some sunbeds showed stains.

The hotel has a fabulous sandy beach with clear water. The sea beach is sandy. All sun beds at the beach feature windbreakers, great. It is a compact hotel with a good location.

friendly staff clean room attentive service
The staff were friendly and helpful. They always tried to ensure everyone felt comfortable and catered to. The rooms were super clean and comfy. Special thanks to the F&B staff that were very good too satisfy all customers EVERY time.
I noticed some general wear and tear in the bathroom. It could use a small refresh.

amazing beach cozy hotel comfortable room impolite waiter inappropriate comment humiliating treatment
the beach was amazing, it had clear water. the hotel felt cozy and enjoyable. rooms were big enough and comfortable.
some restaurant waiters were impolite. one made an inappropriate comment which felt uncomfortable. my egyptian relative was asked to show his wristband after already sitting at the table.
